SPOILER Rem Rates: Warp, The True Rating

Hayo peeps,

As most of you may know, in my original Rem Rates: Mythic Weapons i gave warp a rough time and gave it 0 stars:

Haha a "secondary weapon" mythic. No but seriously a mythic should be an item you can base a build around, not some sort of "secondary weapons". And even if you want it to be a secondary weapon, why give it 130 agility? You are forcing us to make a build around a weapons that is a secondary usage weapon.

I was not happy about this rating because of the fact that despite the rating, i never got to test Warp. Well times have changed and i bought myself a warp:


Now that i had some time to play around with it, let me give my honest rating now.

Yes, 5 stars. This weapon is insane. With a proper build, you can hardly die, do 15k+ dmg meteors and that while having over 200% ws, for the simple trade of switching you wand every 3 seconds. Mana regen isnt even a must in this build since you can just swap to bonder every 3 seconds to get all your mana back. Sure, this weapon has a very high skill cap and needs mastering before you can truly use it (timing your swaps and spells correctly in the heat of battle), but i like that about warp. Sorry for every calling you bad, you are probably one of my favorite mythics.

oh wait the only nerf warp can get is a dps nerf since everything else doesn't really matter for this playstyle

tbh since salted didnt anticipate this usage of warp i feel like a nerf isnt too far away

And lets be honest here, no nerf is required. This weapon is only really good once mastered, and doing so is hard, trust me.

 

But sometimes, the downsides crawl beneath the surface, just waiting for the right moment to pop out of their hiding spot and attacking everyone in their surrounding...
