If this is released, please tell me where to get it. That melee damage is amazing. I'd assume this drops from ToL because of its level, but me nor my guild has ever gotten one of these from a mob drop.

Tried both. 64-68 legendary helms are always the Forgery for me

I think it's already released. Try checking the galleons' graveyard dungeon.

EDIT: I really thought I saw it at the dungeon once. Maybe they removed it?

That's the lore, which has been left off the image. I'd guess from this that it'll be acquired from the Dullahan's castle, when that becomes a dungeon or quest or whatever.

 

I think that this was known about for a while. I remember seeing a melee build (A bad one) which used this helmet in the class builds section. I don't remember if it was before or after that section came out. You can't obtain it, though.
