Warrior/Knight Help Need Help Deciding Which Helmet Is Better:

being a new player, i really wanted to make a tanky warrior (my main class) to help my guild in guild battles. the real problem im running into (and i cant test it since im not a high enough level) is how health regen works, which is my main problem. ive looked over some articles and am getting mixed answers of "health regen % takes away amount of set regen" and "no, health regen % lowers the rate of healing, not the health itself", and because of this, wanting to be a tanky health regen set, im running into issues of how it works: if i use heroism, will it cancel all my set health regen all together, or will it only lower the rate? and even so, is shimmersight still better? (btw, im cheap, so im making a cheap set)

 

it will only lower the rate, and id say heroism is better because of the all around useful ids but it depends on your build tbh

what i'm really looking for is a high agility and defense stat, with enough strength to do decent damage. while still being cheap at the same time. I care a little bit about elemental defenses, but as long as all of them are somewhere around 100ish it should be enough due to the higher agility and defense, along with i dont think the mobs defending the territories have elemental attacks. weapons: undying or gaurdian, i want the T6 courage (haha pun) fire boost since it will be guild battles and my friends will be there. some armor i've been thinking of can be heroism, shimmersight, vaward greaves, heat sink, admiral, chaotic amulet, royal dusty amulet, royal blazing amulet, vapor ring (potentially if i have high enough intelligence), molten greaves, trusauns honor, byte, megabyte, gigabyte, saggitarius, determination, dust skaters, and andesite aegis. i was also thinking of low earth defense so i could put rage powders on and get a very high damage boost. so i guess what im trying to say is "neigh unkillable, decent damage, just really good in guild battles" and i dont care about levels or water damage

so just wanna make sure i understand this: if i had nothing but the -110% health regen heroism, and a 169 pure health regen determination, what you're saying is it would take 110% of 169 and make me lose health over time?

unless im just stupid, and stardust is waaay overpowered all by itself, i think it mostly focuses on morph and element defense, only giving a couple stat boosts with it. i want a tanky, good regen, and good damage warrior, while taking some negatives knowing it'll have to be cheap
