Buying Poison Gear

i'm looking for some poison gear for lvl 71 or lower (mage)
I already have the helmet, boots, necklace and wand.
I know what ring I want(the one in Elifim) but I don't know where I can get the materials.

so I'm buying(tell me the poison and the price):
- poison leggings
- poison chestplate
- poison bracelet
- poison ring materials

(even if you don't have it pls tell me what I should go and look for)

 

for lvl 71 or lower?
