Problems With The Free Crate

    It says in the description that I receive the crate immediately after pressing the button and clicking the terms agreement.
    yet in game i haven't received the crate.

    I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, or if there's any way to actually receive the free crate.

    No, but you get one t1 every day with vip+, and one t2 every day with hero
