So I read a bit about the Dao and them being able to 'teleport' through the earth. And I also noticed there's Galeb Duhr (Stone golem) in every room

If there's someone in your way you can make a grapple against then to shove them out of the way. If you can find a way to use your feet for that, then maybe you get a bonus, but I doubt that

Can't we like wall-jump or something (rolling acrobatics/athletics)?

 

Not a Stone Golem. Stone Golems are much more powerful. Also these Galeb Durhs are nerfed.

And if you mean the Dao's Stone Glide, the Earth Elemental has it too
