Mage/Dark Wizard Help Help Me Out Here Please

K so i want to make a thunder/water oriented build, still i don't know what to make this having more dmg, the point of the build is if i get 127 sp in intel i can spam spells, but my main weapon is Judas which requires 100 thunder, i was thinking in this, but still i think is pretty low, so yeh, i want good spell damage, like 8k+ meteors, i don't want to be a tank, but avoiding a weakness like glass would be awesome.

so yeh, i want

*Good spell damage
*127 inteligence points
*At least 6/4 mr

what i don't want

*Being a tank
*Being glass
*Mythics

all i'm looking for is a decent balanced build, atm i have this
