13 xp - 13 loot = 13 LE
13/14 xp or loot = 14 LE
14 xp - 14 loot = 16 LE
14/15 xp or loot = 18 LE
15 xp - 15 loot = 20 LE
(Idc about SPR so prices are lower than market value of 14/15 and 15-15)

Hexed Amulet
Both XP and Loot above 10%+

Loot Bonus Helmet and Boots Lvl 50+)
Needs to have around 20%~
The more the better.

XP/Loot Bracelet
Needs to have 10%+ with either stat
Both = Double pay​
