Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

They start breathing again, but not much more.
"Why'd we stop, miss?" The raptor asks Tirra, climbing onto her helmet.

 

Artemis increases the life stream's strength a bit.

"Artemis is doing something." Tirra says, the raptor hardly able to move her head as they climb onto her helmet.

 

They groan, feeling around before slowly opening their eyes.
"Wh... what the hell...?"

The raptor looks around before climbing back down.
"Why?"

 

"I'm really starting to lose my temper with you. I'm simply asking for a peace treaty. My people won't get involve in any war and that's it. Is it that hard to sign a peace of paper."

 

"Yes, it is. According to one of our generals, your race has a history of being untrustworthy."

 

"It is not your time yet. You still have a life to live." Artemis says, offering a skeletal hand to help the merchant up.

Tirra shrugs, "I can't imagine she likes the state of things here." She says.

 

"And who is this general you are getting your source from? I would love to deal with them... in private."

 

They look at her, annoyed.
"Bitch, wh... what the hell..." they stammer, backing up slowly.

 

"I wouldn't be rude to the person who brought you back to life." Artemis says, her expression grim.

 

"Behind you." A voice says.
Turning around, an emerald scaled draconian wielding 300 levitating tomes glares at you.
"I'd like to see you try." They growl.

"Fuck off." They say, hand on their raptor-talon dagger.

 

"Another draconian. All of you act tough but I'm not afraid of you." I growl back

 

"Am I wrong to give you the gift of life? Perhaps one of the other fallen would appreciate it more." Artemis says, scythe at the merchant's neck.

 

"You're welcome to find out why we act tough." They say.

"Only a real bitch would call a miserable life a gift. Fuck off and let me stay dead." They say, shoving the dagger in their gut.

 

Artemis takes the life away from the merchant before they have a chance to stab themselves, leaving their corpse withered. She then looks for someone who might appreciate being brought back a little more, mainly looking for someone killed in the panic when the ruin first came.

 

It's hard to determine, seeing as just about every corpse looks pained or panicked.

 

Artemis looks for anyone who's been crushed or trampled, sighing.

 

None in the marketplace, but there may be a few trampled closer to the castle.

 

Artemis heads toward the castle, Tirra following, looking for trampled or crushed people.

 

There seems to be a pile of trampled dead flung off to the side of the road, all of them suffering from crushed skulls, broken ribs and punctured lungs, both, or even more.

 

"Who are you." I say still growling
