How To Get Low-leveled Legenarys?

So I have been wandering around the Trade Market for some time, and I see people selling Rarity (The Ring) in HUGE bulks. Like how do people get so many of these at once? Anybody care to elaborate? Please I really need to know, because I'm trying to level up a level 20 account that I had to restart from level 50.

No, the chests would make it so you get items based on your level. I was thinking of farming a lot with low leveled alts, or abusing the daily chest.

Loot chests give you items of the same or similar level of nearby mobs unless there are no nearby mobs, in which case it is based on your level.

As previously stated, loot chests give loot based on the level of sorrounding mobs. Mob drops also depend on the level of the mob, not the player.
This means that if you want to grind for a specific item, you should grind in an area with similar level as the item, no matter your own level.
Loot bonus gear usually help, too.

 

Go grind in the Abandoned Mines. There's also a t4 chest and 2 t3 chests.

 

Mobs are lvl 30 lul

 

Well he's asking for low lvl legendarys, Abandoned Mines is one of the best place to farm them.

 

Maybe read the thread first? He wants a rarity, which is level 1.
