No, in fact, that isn't even the best melee assassin build.
Melee builds are not broken at all because they require getting close to an enemy, which, when it does shittons of damage, is hard to maneuver to, and takes a lot of skill to manage.

 

Hard to maneuver!? What do you mean by that?

 

All melee classes have minor issues with mobility. Whether it be shit walkspeed on the worse builds, or like mine, where a lack of mana regen results in a lack of mobility in general.

 

Air melee, e.g. this with Conc? (Like DPS isn't as good as your build or something like that but it definitely has good mobility and enough mana/survivability)

 

but that mobility isnt worth it tbh, you lose a fuckton of hp and dmg

What's the point of high attack speed with poison when poison doesn't activate if you're hitting them? It ticks when they're not being damaged / hit so all you need to do is hit them once with anything every 3 seconds no?

Also, do you think Jacky's cancer build should be a viable thing or no? From the response I'm quoting seems like you're fine with it but I'm curious of your opinion. Personally I'm pretty split as it is very strong for what it does, but it's also limited to a couple things.

 

Wt if you're not only fighting one target? then the super fast poison will kick in on some mobs while you're hitting another batch.

Jacky's cancer apoc build should be viable, as it's just a simple solution to increasing attack speed. Cancer + Apoc do not do great damage compare to other +6 tier apoc build, it doesn't have great elemental defence either unless u specifically use Jacky's combos. You can see how he added like almost 30 sp in each category thats how he stretches the limit of the build to include a rainbow defence and 114 defence in order to be tanky. Same concept of adding sp to use gears to overcome shortcomings of the build is a general gimmick in build making nowadays especially after the sp nerf of this thread. So when all the pieces fit together I don't see a problem, especially when it does not rely on any game breaking mechanic and it has its own weaknesses.

Make people not be able to use gravity with gemini,add skillpoint req to Nii helmet and Statue aka completly destroy rainbow tank,thanks.

Apocalypse (Super Slow already so no dps loss, good enough dmg, lifesteal+exploding)

Still works quite fine.

Yeah I know it works thats why Im telling Selvut to make it not work because its too broken and unbalanced,you literally take only neutral damage.
