Assassin/Ninja A Problem With My Build

So I am Working on a fire build for my assassin and i got all the items i need but there is one problem the skill
points i dont know what i need to make it good and work also i worked my ass off to get 8 lost san keys
and to get the centipede which now i cant wear here are the items if u know how to help or to balance it tell me please. here are the items i got,
Helmet
chestplate
leggings

boots

I can put everything on except centipede :(

 

Nii Shako (2x t6 fire)
Chestplate of Ineptitude (2x t6 fire + 1x t6 water)
Hephaestus-Forged Greaves (2x t6 fire)
Burnout (1x t6 water)

Ring of Fire x2
Diamond Solar Bracelet
Clock Amulet

hmm but would that our attack speed fast af ?
and have u tried it ?

 

Replace Vaward with Hephaestus-Forged Greaves
Replace Clock Boots with Burnout

Get 2x Prisms, Prowess, and Diamond Fusion Necklace
Then put on 3 t6 water powders on your gear.

You can also do this:
Centipede
Coi
Vaward/fire sanc
(Burnout)/exhaustion

skill point accesoires: like gigabyte (doesn't require any intel) + prowess (same as gigabyte)
