You can also use Prowess or if you can't use Morph Ametyst

It has dropType never, which means that if there isn't a merchant selling it then it's unobtainable.

 

It's not a merchant item because it has a range of stats. It could be a quest item too (but obviously not)

@Zernoxi it does seem to be unobtainable.

 

That moment when you we're actually searching for this bracelet but then you realise it's unobtainable.

 

The thing is.. this *completely* invalidates prowess as an item.

Let's see: it's lower level, gives more skills points, gives elemental defense, doesn't require an extremely hard to get master voucher.

Downsides: less health.. uhhh
