tide gives 1 more mana, % spell dmg which is arguably better (too lazy to do the maths but % is most likely better) as well as up to 98% water def

The mana regen is already unneeded imo, its all about that sweet +26 int. Want 2 mana uppercuts? This is how you get 2 mana uppercuts.
