Community Event Le Giveaway/riddle

I was inspired by everyone else doing giveaways with challenges and decided to make one too. This is a LE giveaway.

All you have to do is answer this riddle (it's more of a word problem). You get one try every Monday, Wednesday, Sunday or Tuesday, Saturday, Friday (or 3 tries on Thursday, up to you). If your answer is not exactly right (it's a number) you won't win anything. I'll give hints eventually if, for some reason, nobody can figure it out.

Jill is driving his car on the freeway. He passes a blue car, a red car, then a white prius (in 14 second intervals). The driver of the blue car waves, the driver of the red car smiles, and the driver of the prius is too focused to do anything. The blue car is going 58 miles per hour and the red car is going 22 meters per second. At their current altitude, water requires 104 degrees celsius to boil (this is important). Jill wants to turn around and high five the blue car. There wind is blowing at 12 km per hour west, at the current altitude. Jill's hand is 4 inches long, including fingers, but her thumb is actually bigger than his index finger. Norman also has a big thumb, but it's not as big as his index finger. When the driver of the blue car raises his hand, his fingers form a perfect unilateral triangle. His steering wheel is held by his other hand and is an oval with a horizontal diameter of 15 inches and a vertical radius of 6 inches. Jill honks his horn when he passes, the sound of which is distorted by your speed relative to the blue car. When the sun is 2/5 of the way across the sky, it heats the blue car to 95 degrees farenheight in 12 minutes. For the blue car to high five Jill, he needs to be at most 3 inches away. So what number is the driver of the red car thinking of, between 17 and 51? Use all relevant information, and you may have to google some conversions.

My answer:
Blue car explodes because of the heat, which cause dmg to Jill's car, so Jill's car flies in the air and somehow reach on top of the Prius car (5metes distances) which makes red car think :"hm.. I left my oven on 105 Celsius, the meat is gonna burn then, should I get home before its too late ? I should reach that exactly by 39 minutes "
