    How am I not ready? I just got level 38! I tried climbing the stairs but it won't let me!

    You'll have to reach a certain point in the quest "Canyon Condor" in order to access most of the upper level of the Mesa.

    Unless you're doing Canyon Condor, there's no reason to go where you're trying to go.

    If your above the mesa, find a way down (don't jump) if you go around the edge you should find ramps down to the lower canyon then you should head south and you'll find rymek
