    What do you expect? I'm pretty sure Troms and Ragni are much different from each other and have different rulers. Maybe even independent
    In Gavel, there are two town leaders (Thesead and Eltom?) that are actually gay.
    That kind of coincidence just doesn't happen, so two kings factor doesn't really surprise me

    Biologically speaking, I would think that one of the two mayors would have to be female in order for their half villager, half human son to exist. I want to say Thesead's mayor is the female, since Eltom's looks like a dude. But this is 2017 and I probably shouldn't be assuming genders.

    I have a theory King of Troms is King of Ragni, their interaction in Wynnexcevation 4 seems to indicate they are or connected in turms on knowledge or the same person altogether

    Fair enough, and I suppose wynncraft is magical, it's not too unbelievable there could be some sort of spell or something allowing them to have a child.

    Now, this might sound crazy, but hear me out. Ragni and Troms are both independent cities... (Correct me if I'm wrong) So, since they aren't rulers of the province, than there can be more than 1 king.
