Build Ideas For Any Enviroment

Hey everyone!
Just thought I'd post a thread where people could ask for help designing or getting builds for any class centered around any idea. Want a Cactus build that can AFK in freezing heights? Who knows if it's possible but I'll work with the math and sort through all the items and give you the best build that I could find that can do it. Want a archer who has 18k health? We'll make a build to get as close to your goal as possible. Want some near-impossible to pierce elemental defenses? I got a build for you! Just ask for the build and give the idea and I'll work on it and give you a build to suit you.

I don't know if anyone else has done something quite like this but I enjoy creating builds so thought I'd throw it out there.
