And it would be helpful to add a replacement for dungeon items that are replacements for hive items

 

I mean, it depends on what you're using it for (the same as basically everything else), but most builds in my experience that use Gaea-Hewn can go decently with Snail or Statue.

If you're using it for the melee damage and/or exploding, substitute with Mantlewalkers. (See Mantlewalkers entry.)

TBH dungeon items don't need to be replaced since they can be done as many times as necessary, unlike Hive items where you get one from each division per class
