Just wondering if anyone else is playing it ^-^

 

used to play it, got bored after a while though

 

trove was fun in the beginning but during the early access it was SUPER grindy
i havent touched it since because theres like 400 updates and it doesnt update through steam for some weird reason

 

I played it like 4 months ago I got to lvl.18 or something

 

Isn't that like Cube world but where it actually updates and isn't dead?

 

i played it as long as wynncraft (time everyday) during 2015 and 2016

stopped playing due to screwing everything up in the mantle of power update because they want monies

Actually, you can buy credit pouches for flux in the market now. Also, you get so called "Flash Deals" every 4 days, that give you dragon coins, stuff to upgrade gems or chaos chests for 4-5 times the value. It is not really pay to win but pay to skip, though they kind of fixed it a bit with the new updates

 

the problem is not that, the problem is when they changed stuff trying to make it better and fucked up instead, examples:
1st: Classes before asked you for play everyday for a while during some days and then you get the monies for the class you want, but now you must pay for it, which is a very disappointing hit

2nd: They became lazy and stopped making content updates, when i played it for 2015 they were releasing every week a bug fix update and every month a content one with a new class and something more

3rd: Now they dont really listen the players, everyone hated the class thing yet they didnt change it...

4th: They are constantly doing their "stuff" updates still but now they dont add a single bit of content and the only thing they do is fix bugs, the game's quality has gone down a lot

The problem isnt that they have made some stuff a bit more expensive, its that they introduced pay 2 play and they dont do content updates anymore

 

Classes are now craftable

I am not really sure what you mean by class thing.. the class gems ? They are very popular now

With content.. the Head-Dev for Trove left us a week ago and we now have a new Developer that really cares about what the players say.

 

no i meant that before you could just dungeon rush for 5 mins and get 500/1000 tokens and with 4500-8000 of these tokens you could buy a class for free
now you must either grind a ton for credits or pay for classes

 

As I said, they are now craftable for Materials :p

before,you could buy them for cubits. I know that,because I did it aswell
But now you can even get them easier :D

 

still that wont take the community that left back

 

Imo Mantle of Power was not a great update,either. But we will get something called Sub-Classes in a few weeks,probably with the next Update already. So if you really wanna try the game out again,that should be the time.

I don't know what they really mean by sub-classes but I think they mean that you can put 2 classes together or something like that

 

that sounds broken lol

 

I feel like it's much more likely referring to a system akin to Specializations in WoW.

Edit: NVM then it does seem to be combined classes, which is honestly bizarre but kinda neat
