"I said I'd add you to the employees." Yxun says, mildly annoyed.

 

"...Part of you wants me back?"

 

"No, I'll just add you to the employee list so you have the excuse you want. Now get out of my office before I reconsider that." Yxun says, annoyed.

 

Alice snickers once, letting the door close on its own as she heads home and gets to her tea.

 

Nobody comes to disturb Alice.

 

Alice starts writing down her previous case papers verbatim from photographic memory, using her new shadow body to write six papers at once and only stopping once interrupted.

 

She's not interrupted at all, though she finds writing is much easier in darker areas.

 

She shuts absolutely every light off possible, trying to sort the files as she finishes them.

 

Alice finishes and sorts her files in about a quarter of the normal time, Alice finding she can move about freely in the darkness near instantaneously, as well as using one pair of hands to write while away from the table through the darkness.

 

Happy, Alice keeps going until she stops herself from writing down the first classified file she's seen.

 

Alice doesn't seem to tire out at all, even feeling well rested.

 

Alice peeks outside.
"If I were to give everything to my sister, would you be angry?" She asks, curious.

 

Can a spot be reserved for this roleplay?

"What do you mean by 'everything'" A guard asks.

 

"Get my filing cabinets out of here. Give them to the archivist."

 

"As long as it isn't classified information about the palace or things related." The guard says.

 

"Noted." Alice says, trying to take a filing cabinet to a portal she opens to the Archives.
