Any Class Help Questions For Multiple Builds

Greetings,

I have some questions regarding my current, near future and Soon(tm) builds. In all of my builds Id like to have a minimum of 4/4 mana regen and decent mana cost reduction, preferably higher mana and higher intel tho.

How can I get the highest dmg possible bomb arrows with an earth/water build? I like to have some mana, not having negative health regen, and not less then -20 speed. My archer is lv 94. Should I go for more water or earth items?

With what build can I use this bedruthan optimally?

War scream knight:
This is a future build so possibly there will come items that fit this build more then the currently existimg ones. I wanna go full tank (never did that) and use def/agi/int. With this build Id like to focus on a certain type of health regeneration, for example raw health regen or life steal. Focusing on a certain stat Id like to have a really OP value of it, like 1600 regen or if I war scream that my health bar would be completely full. What type of regen would work the best so I can normally do pve and quests, perhaps with exception for qira and wybel? Or would I be able to solo most bosses if I use much raw spell?

I think war scream is on raw melee

 

Lifesteal until War Scream is fixed, then Raw HP regen
Currently War Scream is broken, and applies raw MELEE damage, and can trigger both life and mana steal
And if you want to solo bosses, Fire Warrior is honestly the way to go

I do know of a raw hp regen build but hp regen is actually trash, no point in having more than enough to regen between fights (250ish). This is because of how getting hit resets your regen timer. I can still tell you what it is if you insist.

(Yes I just insulted my own build that I use on a regular basis)

I meant solar instead of fusion and Snail Helm is incredibly unstable defensively. Morph Stardust really knits the defenses.

This is a regen-tank defensive build, Charging Flame is offensive. Though there's nothing better except Infused-Hive right now so I guess it wouldn't suck here.

Negative water defense can be countered easily with Water VI Powders, and this build isn't trying to get insane defenses, just nonnegative. I fail to see the problem here.
