Is Dern Actually Gonna Come Out Before The Molten Heights Quests?

Molten Heights have been around for over a year so far and we still didnt get quests for the area
we also have 0 quests for lvls 91-94 which is the lvl for molten heights
Now Dern is being teased and probably worked on yet still no mention of molten heights quests
So my question is what would you prefer to get first?

Dern, though it's been confirmed not to be next (or baited as such). There's no real need for quests in Molten Heights when the area is basically made for grinding. Besides that, every quest up to Fantastic Voyage is enough to get you past 91, meaning there's no dire need for quests in that range anyway.

It seems more likely that a different update will come first.

 

Molten Heights have got a crap ton of teased lore
such as the dwarf/dogun wars
garaheth and the other god (forgot its name)
and no the quests between lvl 80-90 are barely enough to get you through those lvls and dont get close to bringing you to 95
also its about time they finish gavel the 2nd province (dungeons too) before giving us a fourth one

 

It's the biggest quest gap in the game.

 

It's in the area with the best grinding spots in the game. Grinding at level 99, I was able to get from 0% to 91% in less than an hour of grinding.

You are right, but it's really not that big of a deal. Molten Heights quests will probably come before Dern.

 

Maybe why not both? Both areas are pretty high leveled and maybe that giant portal at Molten Heights is connected to the Realm of Darkness or Dern.

 

I'm not saying they should ignore Molten Heights.

People have been able to get further than 91 from quests alone. They don't get you to 95, but that's a short grind.

There will be both eventually. They're not connected.

 

For all we know dern can be lvl 40 (its located at a lvl 40-50 area)
I do hope its above lvl 100 tho

 

It could not be, but I feel like there might be a chance, which would help explain the similar settings of both places as well as why Dern was teased even though it's not supposed to come out b4 Molten Heights.

I highly doubt that's it's level 40-50 due to its location. By that logic, Troms and the jungle should be 20-30 because it's right next to pig mans ravine. Plus, lvl 90-100 is the main issue now while 40-50 is decent, so I doubt the CT would make it at that low level range.

 

Dern has been "teased" since before Gavel existed. They're completely different in almost every way. Any "evil" within Molten Heights is the equivalent of predators in the animal kingdom.

 

I meant by teasing that they said Molten Heights would come out first recently and Dern was not coming next. Again, I could be wrong, but I feel like there could be a connection between the two places. The Dogun god was a fire demon, so that does show that there are demons and dark creatures like in the Realm of Darkness.

 

Bloomi and Sugob will come out before either Dern or Molten Heights quests.

Isn't it strange how all of that volcanic activity is above Rodoroc, and R0d0roc is, in fact, an ancient cave system?

 

Demon is literally just a fantasy creature, just like dragons, unicorns, and most other mobs in Gavel. It bares no connection to corruption, decay, or darkness.

 

How do you stay focused on grinding for an hour

 

The power of pure, focused boredom. With a hint of procrastination. And a side of sick tunes.

 

And zombies and corrupted/decayed creatures aren't? It's established that the decay/corruption was caused by the villagers greed via the Realms of Light and Darkness fighting. It's assumed that the realm of darkness is mostly inhabited by demons and undead/dark creatures like the demon prince Narageth. So if these demons also exist (or have existed) in Molten Heights, what's not to say they are connected?

 

I'm looking forward to molten heights quests because I really hope that Dogovi will get a quest (but after seeing relos in corkus I doubt it :C)

 

You've got things mixed up. You've confused cause and effect; the decay was not created by the greed of the villagers, it was enhanced and nurtured by it, allowing it to grow far stronger than otherwise. Zombies are not fantasy-genre creatures, and are caused by the corruption. Creatures in Gavel are animals like any other. They're normal life-forms, not products of some external force. There's no evidence whatsoever showing that Molten Heights has been affected by the corruption, decay, or any other form of darkness. Narageth is an enderman; a creature of, you guessed it, darkness. The demons and creatures in molten heights aren't even close.

Your theory has as much logic as claiming that because lava exists in the nether, all lava outside of it is related.
