Archer/Hunter Help Pls Air/water Build?

I want a air/water build that can deal about 10k bombs at around 10 or so mana.
Needs to use: Gale's Force
Item(s) that cant be used? Mythics
Budget: No mythics.
It can use the diamond (li) accesories.

I dont think hetusol nerfs any of these elements

 

the point is he wants a lot of sp and putting a random 50 in a useless element is completely irrelevant and not worth it

If you don't have 100 in everything and still enough sp to use boreal (+30 dexterity) Then you can only use diamond hydro, it'll probably be better anyway but steam is for walk speed,

Also concentration works for extra mr, probably not necessary though as you already have 10ish mr i think and even 4 mana steal

This build gives you good spell damage, okay health i think i haven't added the hp up,

A lot of mana and also some good walk speed, I think this is pretty good because i have never made a reply with a build to a air/water help thread,
