The Real Reason This Server Can't Give Refunds.

Lets summarize the claims you have made here:

• "The game purposely takes your money away to slow down your progression."
• "A mod just abused powers and replaced my emerald blocks with bone meal!"
  
• "The reason they want to drive players away is because I don't pay money"
  
• "They only want paying players. By saving my data they lose money!"
• "They know I am not going to pay."

Lets summarize the evidence you have given for all of the above statements:

As you can see, all of the above statements are meticulously supported with logical evidence and facts.

So?

 

In short

• The mods don't have the ability to take items away.
• You probably accidentally threw them out and didn't realize.
• The server is not trying to drive players away from here.
• They could probably care less if you donated or not, all players are treated the same.
• We cant refund your items but you can ask around for people to donate those emerald blocks back.
• If you level up a bit, the quests give emeralds that can fill that amount back and more!
• I am not trying to flame, im trying to keep this thread calm and collected and explain things in a short and simple way. :D

 

If you're so salty, ask some people for 2 eb. most high-level people find that basically worthless.

I am not a mod. Check my inventory log files! Servers save your inventory data as a file, so why don't you check to see!

 

This is going nowhere, you are literally spitting false accusations by calling out staff on something they can't and never do, and refusing to listen to anybody who has more experience on this kind of stuff.

Either deal with it or leave, because this seems to be going nowhere.

 

This is known as 'Burden of Proof'. It is up to you, and nobody else, to prove your statement. Do not try to force us to find something that we cannot. You have the problem, you made the claim, you provide the proof. This thread is going nowhere. Since this is a server issue, I recommend emailing [email protected].

Proof that you had it? Proof that you lost it? Proof it got replaced by bonemeal? Proof that a mod replaced it? Proof that "it wasnt a glitch"? Proof that you earned it? k thx

 

I agree even if it was pay 2 win the server would be shut down by microsoft or something bcz of the eula.

They don't have logs of that sort.

Prove it. Normal mods don't have that power.

 

This is the pinnacle of quality threads. Not even I can hope to reach the quality of this.

 

Allow me to step in here. I'm not a moderator, but I think I might know what's going on.

Sometimes, when the server lags, a client side inventory error will occur which makes items appear to replace themselves with other items. The bonemeal was there the whole time, but it didn't appear until you "got" the emerald blocks, and the game either didn't register your inventory was full and dropped them on the ground because of this, or it got a stacking error with emeralds that were already in your inventory. It's just minecraft being minecraft :/

Either way, the two emerald blocks are gone, and unfortunately we aren't allowed (or even able to) spawn more in for you.
This isn't the work of some corrupted mod, and we would never want to turn you away from the server!

If you want, you can message me ingame and I can give you the two emerald blocks back from my own bank.


As to everyone else here, just make sure you're being respectful in your responses. I'm not saying you all weren't, I'm just too lazy to quote everyone.

Anyway, I can give you 2 EB, this is not a refund from the server but something that I am giving to you from my own bank.

The server does not offer refunds what so ever, so if you end up losing anything else there is literally nothing we can do about it.

I am also closing the thread to stop any unnecessary fighting.
