Chat Doesn't Work And Shout Refund ?

1. I can't talk in guild chat
2. when I msg someone they don't response, maybe afk ?

Msgs are currently a little bit bugged. You can only chat with people on the same server but people on other servers wont receive them msg. (Also guild chat doesnt work at all)
The shout problem is related to that, but to ask for a refund you should send a mail to [email protected].

It happened to me that i couldnt do all of these problems, i asked a mod why and He said to just change server because it can bug, for me it worked. If isnt that the problem idk :/

 

I dont really know, but I think so. Anyway for issues with real world currency you have to send a mail to [email protected].
