Well you are awfully weak to Earth-Thunder and waste a lot of sp for Capricorn. Phoenix Prince Crown doesn't seem that great either.

My recommendations:

Phoenix Prince ---> Morph Stardust
Capricorn ---> Sodeta Boots
Fireball --> Summa
Errant --> Clock Amulet (15% Fire Dam Set Bonus and 25 all defenses)
Justice ---> Contrail

If you ever get these items, use these as well:

Soulflare (hive fire but you said no hive)

Type of Build: Any assassin build that can pretty much solo Legendary Island without too much trouble and potentially being able to solo the hive + qira and orange wybel if you can. And I would still like for it to be a decent build in pvp in general. I guess control assassin is cool and I can try calculating dmg and stuff for that.
Element: You Choose
IDS: Not sure, I'm fine with most ids as long as it fulfills its boss slaying requirements ;)

 

Just a short question for you classbuilders: Does an Az with a good build do good dmg or OP dmg for a lvl 74 character?

 

Thunder/Water is kinda the element of raw spell, so I went with it, especially since raw spell is affected by spell multiplier. Additionally mage has access to Bonder which covers a lot of drawbacks on raw spell and makes it more adaptable.

surely your defenses and health would hurt and give up a lot of your tankiness. You could try swapping vaward as leggings but I am not sure that you could solo. Bloww might have other ideas.

you can use vaward and soarfae but you'll be a lot less tanky

nii shako is much better here since it doesn't have any req and it boosts your defs by a ton
yeah you could use summa but i'd recommend getting a raindrop/moon pool circlet since -health regen is a pain in the ass
hamsey's brilliance isn't that great, maybe an arc bracer or a squid anklet instead
