Ti'Lin:"Here ya go."
*I keep the bolt for my own crossbow*

As you approach him, he lashes out at you.

I swing my claws at him, trying to fight him off.

1) Rolled 4 +0STR =4
2) Rolled 1 +^^ =1

 

It cowers against the slash, still in the ground. It is unaffected

 

Did I miss both slashes?

But no damage huh?

 

I did not realize it did not take damage until I double checked the stat block just now

When I put it on the map I thought it would take damage, but nope

I'm still perplexed by the fact that you thought completely ignoring your casting stat was a good idea.

@SPYROHAWK If you ever get around to editing the main post, you might want to add what stats each class benefits from most, so we don't end up with fighters with 20 wisdom and 7 strength...

 

Or sorcerers with 3 charisma and 20 strength...
