    Me. House of Twain. I discovered one of the ghosts early. I didn't realize I needed the ghostly quill, so I threw it out. How can I get a new one? (I did /fixquests twice already.)

    If a tripwire isn't working, chances are that it's broken in that particular world. The best solution to this is to switch worlds, preferably to one that just restarted. Then, if you trigger the tripwire again, the boss mob should reappear and you should be able to get the quill.
