    They're basically everywhere. Even in the most useless house, the ladders are floating. I have tried world edit and /setblock but I can't do floating ladders. Any idea?

    That or they use barrier blocks. A more far-fetched idea is that they have a plugin that allows it.

    randomtickspeed has literally nothing to do with ladders.

    I disn't ask if RandomTickSpeed is related to ladders.
