Lore/Story Custom Mythic Lore

Hello, So this is probably false and doesn't go with the main story but i thought that making lore for mythic rarity items that don't already have lore' would be a fun project,

(NOTE- I created this thread using dark theme (hallowynn)

I'm gonna start out with Warp

The wand was created with feathers of the avia, and sticks from trees of the old forest before it started to decay,

When wielded, The user can move so quickly its as if they can Warp, But at a cost,

Every step they take, they leave a fragment of their soul behind,
Until the fractured portions of their soul simultaneously wither into the void, leaving the holder a mere fraction of their former self

I'm gonna just go through the wands, Idk if you'll like this but i just thought about it as i was trying to go to sleep,


Now, Gaia


Once, a young adventurer got lost in a forest of bloomi, With nothing to do but use his powers for good, He infused a tree with the power of life and happiness,

The creature would fight for the man and care for him until it died, And with its last dying breath, It gave the adventurer a part of itself to fend off the creatures of bloomi Like it did,

The wand contains the power of life, Happiness, Strength, and Sadness, And the wand can now make anyone touched with it decay just like the mans happiness did after the tree spirit died,

Alright that was a long one, Now i'm gonna do Daggers


Nirvana

A scientist was obsessed with creating a dagger that harnessed the power of water itself,
Every experiment failed, He fell into deep depression as the only thing he ever wanted was to finish this final experiment before he passed away,

He finally created it without any flaws, Or so he thought, The day it was created he died,

Now all those who wield this dagger Develop deep sadness, At the cost of extreme intelligence and power

Cataclysm

A dictator wanted to create the ultimate weapon, He had a thirst for pure power and dominance and once he created it the dagger took up a mind of its own and killed the owner,

When you wield this weapon you will be powerless in every single part of your body except the dagger itself, Which becomes apart of you

A single slash of it could cut the sky in half

Now, The final "lore-less" Dagger,

Archangel

A man once set out to kill death itself,
He traveled for years until he finally arrived at the tower, He slayed every beast that stood in his way until he finally found it,

Every beast he had slayed previously was reincarnated to stop the warrior,

But nothing could stop him, They broke his weapon but they could not break his spirit, He killed death and every other beast with his own bare hands,

Death turned to dust when slayed but he dropped his weapon

The Archangel,

The weapon gave the user immense speed and agility and had the power of every reaped soul within it,

Freedom,


Once 5 friends were traveling together and they were ambushed by a group of monsters, They were kept as prisoners in a dungeon,

but one day they were tired of it, So using a few sticks and strings laying around they created a bow and infused it with the power of all 5 elements to escape, using the will of freedom

A man set sail across the sea to get to gavel but was captured, He was kept captive on skeins island, Or as the prisoners called it, Alkatraz, the man was a day away from starving, Dying of thirst, And had almost gone insane, As his last hope he took a chunk out of the stone wall with his own bare hands and infused it with Extreme power of strength,

He broke out of the cell and helped all of his fellow prisoners escape, They captured skeins and he was killed by the deadly spear with the
Force of 2 Earths Colliding

Guardian

Tisaun was worshiped by his people as a great protector, But as he grew old he asked his people to help him carve a golem statue out of rocks from the volcano island, He infused it with the powers of protection and the burning rage he once had before he passed away, The golem still guards them to this day,

Thrundacrack

As a child the adventurer wanted to one day touch the sun, he grew up exploring things and helping others but his taste for mystery was never satisfied, He trained until one day he could jump higher then anything else on the planet, He touched the sun with his old spear, It shocked him and his spear and he exploded down into the earth, he was reborn as a god of thunder and he wielded his now infused spear and worked to expel all evil from the world,

"...After the horrifying the affects inflicted upon The Light Forest by The Decay, the gauntlet of a passed forest guardian has been infused energy spread by The Decay. The gauntlet is forever bound to the wearer's body, just as the forest guardians' dedication..."



Idol

"...Believed to had belong an ancient, Wynnic god of the sea, it is said that the trident grants endless wisdom granted by the sea itself, but only with its permission..."

Once almost every 600 years, appears after a sandstorm being wielded by an unknown figure who would continue to torment all inhabitants of the desert for the next 13 years. After the torment has ended, the bow along with it's user turn to sand. It is believed it is the same being every 600 years, said to be a demon from The Nether, punishing the Wynnic people for their greed..."



Slayer

"...Boots once worn by The Great Ockar of The Hidden Blade, Hand to King Draani Thunderwill. It is noted in ancient dwarven scrolls that it was Kiriost of the Molten Arrow to had put an end to the demon, Garaheth, but it was Ockar who had taken the credit for Garaheth's demise. Ockar was lead to meet a similar to demise to the death he had stolen from history..."

Warp
When the Ahms Region crumbled, disasters of all kinds blasted their way through it. A novice wandmaker had his home destroyed, and a weak twig he had been practicing on fell into the newly-created void. Somehow, the magics in it managed to capture and absorb a tornado, making it a part of the wand. Along with the massive boost in speed gained by the tornado's winds, it is now a potent device to attack with, but the gale force speeds prevent concentration and often mean a painful death.

Warchief

A warrior from Wynn, weakend by the corruption settled down in a small house in the nivla forest. Fearing his death, he mustered all his strength into a pair of boots, and laid down to his eternal rest. granting the user immense power with some small downsides.

Thrundacrack:
A Gavillian Meteorologist decided to experiment on his Spear, and accidentally left the Spear out in a stormy day. The Spear attracted the thunder, infusing it with immense power, dealing a huge shock to enemies every blow.

Guardian:
Used by Siegfried during the Orc invasion of Llevigar, this spear was infused with powerful defensive magic, allowing him to easily fend off the Orcs, as well as pose for a picture, too.

Hero:
The weapon used by the Wind Fortress' Greatest hero. Due to the fall of the wind fortress, this weapon still lies with it's deceased owner, slowly absorbing the powers of the wind.

Crusade Sabatons:
These long lost sabatons were put out of use after the last Bovine Crusade, and are long lost to time. If one would wear it, then expect to see defensive and raw power to increase by tenfold.

Galleon:
These boots, once worn by the notorious Redbeard, granted luck in treasure finding and battle. Due to one of Redbeard's tantrums, these pairs of boots are long lost in the depths of the ocean, only to be found by the most determined deep sea divers.

SPRING:
''..A POWERFUL ARCHER SET OUT TO SEA IN ORDER TO FIND HIMSELF, AND THE POWERS THAT LURKED IN HIS BODY, BUT BEFORE HE COULD DO SO HE WAS GREETED BY A STRONG TSUNAMI WHICH DESTROYED HIS SHIP AND SENT HIM TO THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN. WHEN HE WOKE UP HIS OLD BOW HAD TRANSFORMED INTO A BODY OF WATER, WHICH CLUNG TO HIS ARM LIKE A PARASITE...''

I was too lazy to actually finish the story, so I just had him die. That's how most storytellers do it, right? Although, I think it's a bit too long.

Recommend changing this to
Until the fractured portions of their soul simultaneously wither into the void, leaving the holder a mere fraction of their former selves.

'Until they are dead' is such a cheap and anticlimactic way to finish off a lore.

 

that honestly helped me out a lot, I felt realllyyy cringey when i said those things about warp because it just didn't feel like an ancient lore and more like i spent 2 seconds trying to think about it, Eh thanks dude

Alkatraz:
With General Skien going mad, a group of his soldiers and the Jailkeeper formed a weapon, and a plan to kill Skien himself. The weapon needed immense power as Skien was very powerful. The mighty sledgehammer killed General Skien with one blow, but not before he could infuse some magic drawbacks into the weapon.

 

Perhaps it could have been Skien who wielded Alkatraz as; "...He fought off [countless] hoards of the corrupted while in the Tromsian army..."
