I don't really care about how good or bad it is (unless it's like REALLY bad) so long as it has 11% walkspeed or more. My current leggings (Sprintguard) restricts me from distributing my SP, so I just need a new piece.

I'll buy it for 4-5 LE depending on the walkspeed (5 is all I have, so don't expect me to buy for more if it has very good stats). No more, no less. No negotiations. You can be the judge on if the quality of the stats are worth it before posting.

I'm in BST, so 11 hours ahead of you. I could do like 9 or 10pm for you so it's the morning for me, or the morning for you so it's the evening for me :P
