Note, assuming 110 Strength, 50 defense and 0 Dexterity, you need +162% Earth Damage to reach 16030 damage on high roll.

Of course, you can always go glass cannon and make Earth/Thunder.

You don't actually need Statue. As long as you have 100hp or higher, you can get the full 396% boost at 1hp as there are no rounding errors.

Thr bottom line is, it is extremely difficult to reach 16k with Gaia without a glass cannon build and/or favourable RNG.
