Assassin/Ninja Help Still New To This

I'm around a level 91 assassin that's never really made a proper "build" and have just been upgrading my gear stat-wise but settled for just running 5 pieces from the clock set since i don't know what else to do. So far i've been using a really high mana regen build and have been spamming spin attacks and smoke bombs to victory. If possible i'd like to hear ideas on a thunder/air/water build, just two out of the three, primarily focusing on PvE dps with speed if you can fit that in. (Really not sure what's possible and what isn't).

preferably i'd like to have my memento/third eye but if there are better options that i could easily get i'm open to suggestions. I still haven't used any of my hive vouchers but if possible i'd like to use a rewind. I have an alazarin as well though i doubt that could fit into the specific build i'm thinking of. I'm not sure which items are good or not but when reading assassin build threads i have some of these that were mentioned: booster plate, royal stormy amulet, squid anklet, follow the wind, roulette, crystal. Have mercy on my soul and scrape together some advice for me.

 

Well, do you want to use it at lvl 90 or do you want to use it for endgame (up to lvl 100 items)? A level 100 version will be stronger, but it will take longer to finally get to use.

 

Third eye: water
Soul signal: thunder water
Dark channeler: thunder water
Capricorn: water air
Yo run all the clock accessories if you feel spicy
Slider: air dagger

This build has around 8/4 mana regen and with good stats I think around 1000+ raw spell making your multi hits do a shit ton. It also include all your elements, but with one down side, it's level 99.

 

Personally would utilize Cumulo-Boreal combo, as this is more Thunder/Water/Air and not Thunder/Water.

 

This probably wouldn't be good for you since my Ninja is only level 72 and I'm switching to Knight so I'm not going to be putting anymore into it, but this is what I use,

Venision - 15% xp bonus
Millenium - Only 165 spell damage, but it's the diamond version so I like it lol
Bridge of the Divide - 2/4s mana regen, 2/4s mana steal and 21% thunder damage (some exploding too)
Sodeta Boots - 2/4s mana regen, 30% spell damage

Precious - 11% xp bonus
Concentration - 2/4s mana regen
Rayshyroth's Knowledge - 16% xp bonus
Criistal - 15% xp bonus, 10% walkspeed, 5% loot bonus

Chakram - cant remember what this has for stats, but it's got high ws.

These provide a ton of mana regen, thunder damage and a good amount of XP bonus. Only listed the valuable stats since I'm don't have mc open right now and I'm too lazy to check. I do about 2.2k thunder damage with spin attack and around 300 in thunder/air with smoke bomb. Pretty nice for that level if you ask me. Most likely not viable for you though. All of the items that I use are also max (for the most part, except the millenium).

 

Level 90 for now please, i can upgrade later.

 

But the spell damage :(

 

%spell works fine on Assassin. Besides this is a lvl 90 build and raw spell only really gets good past that.

While there isn't much Thunder involved, Thunder items don't really work as well in this level range until stuff like Cumulonimbus, Boreal-Patterned Aegis, etc.
