(That restock is the package your getting from Thanos. Also, terra steel is like earth magic steel. It works well with earth/life magic users and that's what your literally made of so it would be usfull more so to you than other people.)

It seems that the mummy inside a tomb near Almuj has been awoken by a group of tomb raiders when they tried to enter into the forbidden ruins that was its home in search of treasure. The raiders say that they can still hear its screeches even while their in jail. The mummy is still being contained in its original ruins but it seems that anyone who hears its screech are cursed with hearing it forever. A mummy expert in Almuj says that the only way to make the noises stop is to go and kill the mummy. However his statement remains a mystery to weather it is true or not because people have been ordered to steer clear of it because of its eternal defending screech.

Dreyfus Payne, the Tormentor (What he was called by the crew, because he was very good at torturing people that had broken rules on the ship.)

Age:
Dreyfus was 42 years old when he died. He's been "living" as a ghost for quite a while so in reality he is a lot older.

Race:
Human ghost
This gives him standard ghost powers like floating, invisibility (I think Ninjawizard mentioned this somewhere) and control over whether to be physical or immaterial. If I forgot any please tell me.

Personality:
Cruel. Doesn't care for anyone. Can be quite reckless and is very determined. Two of things he likes the most are treasure and bringing someone pain. He also likes to test himself against strong foes. He doesn't like most people.
He is very resistant to mind control and other such things.

Backstory:
Dreyfus is the former quartermaster (among other things the quartermaster is in charge of punishing the crew. Just thought I'd let you know that.) of the ghost ship. He was cruel and they maybe even feared him a little, but also had respect for him. An unknown unagreement between him and his best and only friend, the captain, lead to him leaving the crew. No one except the two of them actually know what happened between them.

That was a year ago. In current time he wanders the province alone.

Across the province of Wynn some mysterious deaths have puzzled everyone. They couldn't find the reason for the death. Every bodily function in the victims just seems to have stopped at the exact same time. (This is an ongoing thing that is in the news.)

Appearance:
Dreyfus is a large bulky man. Wears pirate clothes (I don't know how else to describe it :P). He has short black hair and a black beard. His eyes are jet black. Looking into his eyes give you a feeling that he is looking straight into your soul...
He is transparent and has a faint ghostly glow.

Primary Weapon:
Ghostly cutlass, sheathed on his left side, wielded in his right hand.
On the hilt is a large gem. If you look well enough at the gem it seems that the insides are shifting around, constantly moving. If you look even better at it you might be able to make out faces inside. These are the souls of anyone slain by the cutlass. They are in constant pain and their will have completely been surrendered to Dreyfus. Dreyfus is able to communicate with every single one of them.

Secondary Weapon:
Soul magic.
This magic was something he learned at an early age. He had it long before he turned into a ghost. The magic wasn't any standard magic though. The magic is very rare, only known to a number of people countable with 2 hands. It was slowly corrupting (Not corruption from the nether) both his body and his soul. The stronger he became with the magic the more the magic's corruption was spreading through him. At the age of 42 his body completely withered away (He doesn't have a corpse). He didn't die though. He lived on as a ghost.

Abilities:
Disconnection (Aggressive):
Dreyfus has the ability to pull someone's soul out of their body. This will temporarily make the victim ghost'ish. Their body will just stand there mindless. They can then still fight Dreyfus in their ghost'ish-form, but they can't use any of their weapons.
How strong their soul is is depending not on their physical strength, but on their mental strength. The victim's mental state is also taken into consideration. For example if they are terrified of Dreyfus they will be weaker.
The strength of the victim is able to change in the middle of the ability, based on their mental state.
If the victim's soul is killed their body will die too.

Soul leach (Aggressive & defensive):
Dreyfus can drain other people's life force to replenish his own health. He has to have "physical" contact with the victim. The drain is quite weak, but can be continued until the victim is completely dead. The victim will feel incredible pain and is in no position to fight back unless they are VERY well trained at resisting pain.
(This ability is very strong in 1v1 situations, but if the victim has allies they will easily be able to stop the drain.)

Overpower (Aggressive):
Instead of killing someone affected by Disconnection, Dreyfus can overpower their will, making them his slaves. This can fail if the victim has strong willpower. There is a way to overcome this though. If Dreyfus has beaten them down they will be weaker and more susceptible to Overpower.

Spiritualise (Didn't know what else to call it) (Utility):
Dreyfus can make items ghost'ish. They will get all the traits of a ghost and will mimic if Dreyfus himself uses some of his ghost powers. This way they can hurt ghosts. He can also give items other powers like the one his cutlass has, but it will take days of constant concentration to imbue items with such powers.
If the item leaves Dreyfus' possession for only an hour the effect will disappear. This doesn't include the cutlass since it was made over a long time.
This is how his cutlass and clothes were made.

Serve once more (Aggressive & defensive & utility):
Dreyfus summons forth up to four of the souls captured in his cutlass. They have no weapons or anything and will obey Dreyfus.
In the start the souls in the cutlass will just be normal weak people, along the way he can get stronger and more trained people though.

Starting Place:
Wandering the road by the sea on the way from Ragni to Nemract. He is walking towards Nemract.

Other:
Dreyfus is very strong, able to lift a grown man off the ground with one hand. He isn't the most clever man though.
