(If you're bothered by the mana reg, you can always put on a mana reg ring or something. But if you're using this for melee you wont need mana anyways, and if you're using it for spells you'll already have mana to counteract it.)

I'd do Hero + 1 stack in a heartbeat, though.
(This is because I'd rather not have a bunch of money sitting in a mythic I can't sell. There's probably a reason you're offering a mythic worth 4+ stacks+.5 stacks for a mythic worth 3-4 stacks.)
