    alright one of you says there are no more playstyles, the other says there are many more. explain to me and each other please

    There could be a class that is an all around, something that can be a solo and team work class something, that will probably be 3 stars for everything, nothing bad nothing good. Although I do think mage already taken that after they kinda buffed it.

    Problem is, for new players (even me that has been playing this game for over 3 years) cant catch up by getting lvl 101 on 4 (or 8) and barely even 5 (or 10). Before gavel came out I only had 1 account maxed and 2 at lvl 45 and now I have only 2 account in the 80s and that all.

    I'd rather there were less classes, or none even. But instead, you would have the choice to choose what spells and passives you want.

    Basically build your own class.

    I think more classes wouldn't mean anything, you still have just a few spells and gameplay is still just aoeing mobs, they'd just need to spend more time balancing and making new items for the new classes, and you'll still get bored of them eventually. And they can't just keep releasing new classes foever, pretty sure they're restrained by the amount of custom textures they can have.

    Other than necromancer, I'm not sure what could they include!?

    What I mean is:
    -Barbarian/Paladin/Knight/Crusader is kinda taken by a warrior already
    -Demon hunter/Rogue is taken by an archer
    -Arcanist/battlemage is kinda taken by a wizard
    -Monk is taken by an assassin

    There is only necromancer/druid/witch doctor left. How would they incorporate it, dunno.

    Sacred has very unique classes. Dragon wizard, temple guardian, seraphim...they are awfully specific classes, unique ones, while wynn has generic ones which tend to cover more classes.

    IMO, grim dawn/titan quest have the best type of "classes". They don't. You level up and chose your class based on that + you can combine 2 different classes so you aren't limited to just one. I'd like to see something similar in Wynncraft. Obviously a heavy balancing would be needed. Warrior with mage's healing would be the most ridic thing.

    what we actually need is more spells, because most builds and playstyles are based on the 3rd spell (meteor, bomb, multi spin, uppercut) since they're so strong compared to the other ones (except multihit really, it's more of a crowd control spell)

    Your class, the shielder class, I hadn't actually looked at. So these points are based off of first impressions, ok?

    The warrior is a class designed to take all the hits and block damage, coming from his resistance 2 effect and his 80% damage intake. His charge is designed to take the player right to its enemy, which is why there is an explosion at the end (If it is grade2+). I think we can all agree that Warrior is more of a defender class.

    Now, I read your thread and some opinions

    The spell names are cheasy (Ne offense) but the general idea is good, however, this classes first spell is kinda like a warrior, taking the damage.
    The second one is creative, so I have nothing on that...
    The third one makes no sense, so I will leave it be...
    The fourth one doesnt even fit a shielder class but ok

    Also, you didnt follow the spells format. Second is kinda mobility, the third one is suppose to be damage based, and the fourth one is suppose to be a strategical damage based spell. Just my 2 cents

    So yeah I dont think shielder fits

    Well, I guess it's the general idea of having a shielded. Mine may not be the best, as I am pretty new to making class suggestions because that was my first. Also note, that most of them are based on a character from a different game.

    Anyway, spells seems to work like this -
    The first is a simple spell, meant to be used a lot early on, and not much endgame. This one is crowd control, throw yourself in the middle of the enemies, and strike damage. In endgame, you won't be using much of this as it is pretty weak then.
    Second is obviously mobility, our shielder gains a speed boost and has a little stun/lock.
    Third spell is a lock and kill type. Doing devastating damage and having effects that really impact how you use it everytime you level up the spell. It is also crowd control, as it can take out many enemies at once in a wide range.
    The way I see four, is as an effect spell. Ice snake slows enemies, war scream gives resistance. You know. So, number four the shielded gives multiple players buffs, but damages itself in the process. It's basically a I give, I lose, we win sorta spell. The effects get worse as you level up, and gets better for others when you level up.

    But, shielder isn't the only class. Look at @Ethan_Washington 's class suggestions, lots of effort is put into them. Although some of his may not be a prime example for a 'tactical' class as we are talking about.

    I will rework the shielder, with original abilities and names. I'll provide weapon examples, you know, the good stuff once I get my shit together.
