Assassin/Ninja Help Possible Fire Assassin Build???

Greetings!

Alright, so I wanted to know if this build is actually considered "good" like at all. I should mention something: This is NOT a tank build. This purely (<-- hehe mythic pun) based on fire damage. And a ton of it, literally. Feedback if this is a good idea or not would be appreciated. ^-^

-Shawl of Gaea (The only problem I see with this is the negative walk speed)

-Chestplate of ineptitude (with at least +T2 Atk speed!)

-Fire Sanctuary (you might wanna try Vaward for the extra melee% and health if you want)

-Burnout (It has everything except for the negative mana regen... ew...)

Accessories: (results can vary)
Rings:
-Tisuan's Honour (Good for Def for skill points and melee)
-Ghost (You might want this just for the air def and WS if you use Tisuan's Honour)
-Fireball (More fire dmg%)

-Justice (It just works for this)

-Golemus Core (Can only get at hive shop. Only reason for this is for the raw health regen, as % health regen is not as effective from what I have been able to find out)

-Inferno (if you even have one... I don't unfortunately)

Yeah... but then again, it's extremely focused on fire damage and not tanking

 

Fire melee dmg builds with just as much if not more dps have better defenses...

This looks like it can be fire-air so maybe dump some skillpoints into air and use heroism for some more health also replace fire sanctuary with ardiente or

Heat sink yummy yummy endless lifesteal

I was thinking about fire assassin and made a vid right when corkus came out, and your build gave me an idea on what items to use, now, for this build, the skill points almost have to be perfect, but it does LOTS of melee, and pretty decent-good spell damage.

Helmet: Centipede

Chestplate: Hetusol (mana/health regen; tankiness)

Leggings: Fire Sanctuary (Hetusol tankiness makes up for this; gives TONS of fire dmg)

Boots: Clock Boots (attack speed buff, and since there is no raw melee dmg or raw spell damage, the negative %spell and melee doesnt matter. I would go with burnout, but too much skill points needed with that.)

Rings: Jester (SP buff)

Bracelet: Steel bracer (def buff)

Necklace: Fiery Torc (More fire dmg%)
