Does this makes you to find good builds for your archer? and yet, you're still refusing to acknowledge that motoki did soloed the legendary island.

The more I think about this, the less it makes sense, so let's get this straight...

You...

1. Wanted to make a good archer build on a budget.
2. So you made people compete to make a strong cheap build, this almost makes sense.
3. But your reward was the equivalent of 7 Stacks of LE, which you could have put towards making a top tier build?

There's two ways this could play out...

1. No one bothers and you don't get a good build
2. Someone wins and you're out 7 stacks you could have spent making a good build...

That's why i asked them to record it, and pretty much all the other builds i got, were not able to solo legendary island, nomatter how many times i did it.

Well, at least, clear up if you're going to have an actual prize or not, making a fake prizes and never giving people it just causes a flame war like this.

If your intent was to find a build, then you really just shouldn't have made a contest out of it with such needless restriction. You can buy potions mid-challenge and change up your build, so why restrict yourself so harshly if you -can- swap out for things? Just one piece at a time generally ain't a build changer. You could've done this in a much, much better way than you have.
