Mana Bugged Out

I have disconnection problems, and its usually the reason I leave and rejoin the server but after one of the disconnection problems at 20:27pm, I joined back to find my mana wasnt working. I bought mana potions and it would work but it would slowly deplete 1 mana every 3 seconds this prevented me from using spells, running and most other stuff in the game like running a dungeon or doing a hard ranked quest. I've attempted leaving and rejoing, restarting minecraft and restarting my computer or even restoring minecraft via the Curse Laucher. I dont know how to fix it, but if anyone knows how please let me know.

 

do you have -mana regen armor?

No I don't but mana typically regens slowly, mine was doing the opposite when i used mana potions to get my mana back.

 

are you holding a -mana regen weapon?

 

Never mind, its somehow fixed itself, but thanks anyway. I didn't really know what else to do so I came here. And no it doesn't have mana regen.
