How To Reset My Bank?

I wanna start wynncraft again. I know how to delete characters and items from my bank, but there is a way to "reset" my bank so i can buy the slots for emerald again?

 

There's no way of doing that. If you're really committed, you can just not put items in those rows and when you want to "buy" the slots throw away the required emeralds.

As to what was asked, no there isn't a way to do that other than restricting yourself to the rows you'd have available

Ditch all your items and delete all your classes, while holding on to any quest items.
