Archer/Hunter Help Air-water Build

I want to build a set which can spam spell and have some ws in it
Here are stuffs I have:

Helmets:
-Third eye
-Sequencer
-Morph Stardust
-Shimmersight

Chestplate:
-Booster Plate
-Morph-Steel

Leggings:
-Vaward
-Dark Channeler
-Sagittarius

Boots:
-Memento
-Steamjet Walkers
-Scorpio

Accessories:
-I only have quests ones ;-;

what bow should I use?

 

I have a bunch of jester neckalcesif you want one. I'm not trying to scam, on their own jester accessories have great xp bonus.

It's 25% loot and xp bonus off per piece as a set bonus...

 

I'm not joking...
Full set 4 pieces is -100xp bonus.

Vaward(or dark shroud if you want more ws)

Raging wind
Kaze(not best choice but it's not like you'll have 2 raging winds after looking at your classes, can use concentration instead of you want to sacrifice spell dmg for mana regen)
Follow the wind
Lapis necklace for mana regen/autotomized for ws

Gales force

Get 20 of each skill point for stardust, put it on then assign skill points as required for remaining items

 

Its -75xp bonus since you already have the full set with only 1 ring.

 

I go with a Water/air build myself, here's what I use and plan to run one day.
Third Eye
Aquarius
Sagittarius
Memento/Capricorn (depends on your preference in health, but Capricorn will help if you wanna use spring one day)

Stratus
Moon Pool (Diamond hydro)
Squid Anklet (Diamond hydro)
Royal Stormy (Diamond hydro)

If no whatever is noted or in the parenthesis:
Ensa's Resolve
Packet

If you got 5 diamond tokens from LI and Spring:
Spring
Hive Bow (with powders for rainbow or pure neutral)

Skill Points depend on what you got on Third Eye and Capricorn (if used); Will help if your Third Eye and Capricorn are provided for me to go FULL MATH NERD WITH OUT A LIFE.

 

no...there is bonus that isn't visible looks at the stats when you wear all 4 it's like black catalyst for example and full set is actually 4 but it can be 3
