You make it back to town with no problems along the way.

I turn the meat into jerky and the hide into a water skin which I fill and put in my backpack. I dry the nightshade, powder the poisenous part and add water to it making it into a paste, I grab an arrow smear the paste on and wait for it dry, I then put the poison arrow in my quiver. I turn the astara root into a basic healing potion. I'm also going to assume it's evening now because finding deer would take time so I go to bed.

 

So it heals 4 emerald blocks? What kind of measurement of life is that? :P

That's been done multiple times in Moon's Dragon. ^^

 

Lucien starts rummaging through all the items left in the mine for anything interesting.

 

Hmm... I'll go sightseeing in Almuj a little...

Wait, some buildings in Almuj have pools... Hmm...

There's nothing really that out of the ordinary. Just some helmats, shovels and pickaxes. As well as some explosives for super hard rock

You go walk around a bit and come back. There's a new note. One side has the word 'Cave' is silver letters that look enchanted. The other side of the paper says; "If it's just a talk you want, crumple up this paper."

You go sightseeing. There's the bank made out of sandstone, it's pretty big as grand. There's also the military building down the steps to the right. Then there's te resturaunt S down to te left and the housing farther to the right. At the bottem of the stairs is a bunch of shops and there are actually places that people can rent out ad make their own shop. You could rent one, although you don't have much to sell. Over the stream to the left of the shops is the hotel and a playground next to it. Then to the right of the shops is a pond. It's complete with fish, a miniature waterfall, and even some frogs.

"Should I crumple the paper?"

 

Lucien brings the explosives above ground and then spreads them all across the camp so that they get triggered by explosions.

 

Are you taking time to hide them in the ground or are you just scattering them around on the surface?

Also just a note, blowing up a government mining expedishion will probably attract the governments attention unless you leave no trace that you did it.

Ken: "Well, it might be our only chance to talk with him. My guess it that the paper is one of the things that allow him to teleport places. I think it'l bring you to a cave cause the word cave seems to have some enchantment on it. There's only 1 paper so only you can go, but be carful. It's your choice if you wanna go or not." Another note falls from above you. It says; "I'll teleport you back here when we are done talking. I just need a place where no other eyes or ears can hear our conversation."

Lucien scatters them around. Then, he wakes up a miner and looks at him dead in the eyes.

The paper disintegrates into purple dust in your hands. It grows until it covers your body and your vision goes completely purple. When it comes back your in a stone room lit by torches. You don't see an exit, only a table in the middle of the room. Seconds later you see a purple haze forming on the opposite side of the table. As it goes away the man in black appears. You still can't see his face. It's coverd by the shadow of is hood. Man: "Is your true intention just to talk? Answer honestly." It starts to feel like there's a second person in your thoughts.

"Yes. I'm just here to talk." I look at the man.
"As a tree element, I can a sure you."

Miner: "Hm? What do you nee- why are there explosiv...." He's under your control. (Rolled a 10)

Man: "I've looked through your memories. Everything you've done thus far is to help people. Don't change your intentions now. So, what do you want to talk to me about?"

"I wanted to ask you, what's with the teleporting thing going on?" I walk towards the table.
"Is it okay for me to come closer, or should I keep distance?"

 

Ramus

Man: "You can sit at the other end of the table. That's why I have it here. As for the teleportation, you must promise to tell no one about what I'm going to say. In here no one can hear, but the outside has ears everywhere. Do you promise not to tell?"

"Yes I promise, just hope it's nothing to dangerous." I look a bit worried at the man

Man: "It's nothing dangerous, it's just very valuable advancements that many people are trying to steal. See, my vision for it was to sell them to the world and make millions of le while also virtually deleting travel time. However when I started to introduce it to the public, large orginizations of theives bandits and others came to me in order to use them for bad purposes, such as breakup in to a bank and being able to teleport safely out. They've been constantly trying to track me. Every time they find me I'm forced to use a teleport. Otherwise they could steal my invention. I honestly don't know what to do. Iv just been hiding here hoping that my invention won't fall into the wrong hands."
