what are most top 5. Valuable items.
Please tell me how to get them.

I'd have to say Grian's Trusty Ocean Map or maybe Salted's Poop rank pretty high. Mama zombles memory as well. Not really sure about the other rare items (seeker's aid), but I know that the pumpkin helmet was duped viciously.

Mama Zombles Memory can be obtained by killing the extremely rare mob "Mama Zomble" who randomly appears in Wynn. Players have claimed sightings frequently near Nesaak.

Grian's Map and Salted's Poop were items obtained through special events a long time ago - it may be difficult to find someone who still plays and is willing to sell to you (not for cheap!). This is the same for Seeker's Aid.

The Pumpkin Helmet can be obtained by killing the extremely rare "Pumpkin Zombie", though it's value is not dependable.



It is hard to tell if Mama Zomble or the Pumpkin Zombie have been removed with the Corkus Update due to their rarity.

Pumpkin zombies have been gone since 2014/2013 haven't they?

 

I was told that one was spotted after Gavel even though everyone thought they were removed.

Could be. I'd need some more evidence to make a positive claim.
