True, but you have to understand that nothing but a glitch can override -6500 health regen

 

Well, the minimum for mana regen is only -10/4 to -19/4. Here's a quick build I made that i'm sure could be improved.

130 air, 70 water

Third Eye 4/4, 10Int
Aquarius 7/4
Crystal 3/4, 10 int
Memento 4/4 (Substitute for air boots if negative mana id's are low)

Reminder x2 16 int
Diamond Hydro Necklace 7 int
Diamond Hydro Bracelet 12 int 2/4

Final mana regen is 22/4 with 115 intelligence. Meaning that if you alternate ice snake heal continuously, you can heal and live forever. But.. if you get hit by a mob during that 1 hp period between heals.

130 into agility
70 into water

Then the armor and accessories boost your water up to 115 with 22/4 mana.

 

you can only put 100 natural raw agil, rest you need to get from armor

But I got it. Replace the two hydro with diamond steam necklaces. Replace the memento with Capricorn. Replace the reminders with moon circlets. It works!
