so as some evidences show that Dern is behind Abandoned Mines
and Bob actually died in Dern
looking onto the map, I have a question, is Bob's Tomb actually in Dern?

Problem is that Bob's Tomb is right here, not way out back. It's literally inside the mountain.

 

But where is his real body?

 

In the tomb, or what we see as his body in Reincarnation

 

I mean in the Sealed Letters Bob tells Nilrem to fake Bob's death and create a body to bury. So my question is where did he actually die? Where is his dead body at?

 

Most likely the half-decomposed body we see his spirit possess in Reincarnation. It's the real Bob in that quest, so it makes sense that he'd use his own body.

So let's go over this.

Evidence that Dern is where you mention, yep. It's south of Wynn at least extending West far enough to touch the for corner of the Dernel Jungle and east far enough to touch the Abandoned Mines.

Evidence that Bob died in Dern, yeah. He used the last of his life force to seal the eye in Dern, according to out best theorists ;)

Evidence that the tomb exists in Dern, probs not its in the mountain, but even more why does it matter? The tomb is a fake built by Nilrem, it does not actually store bob's body.

But how do we know that's not just a convincing illusion created by this Nilrem character? Judging by the sealed letter, Nilrem knew Bob very well, so why couldn't he pretend to be Bob?

And moreover, we know for a fact that Nilrem was tasked with creating a fake body and tomb. If the tomb in Nesaak wasn't the fake made to fool everyone, then where is it? If it's somewhere else, then Nilrem is doing an awful job of duping the Wynn province, because no other place is selling itself as the tomb.

The supposed circumstances of Bob's death also point to his tomb not being in Wynn. In the same letter, Bob also tells Nilrem that he is leaving Wynn to fight something, and that he probably won't be strong enough to survive and return.

 

Illusions dont kill

 

Granted, it's a possibility that the Reincarnation isn't actually Bob or his body, but there's no evidence pointing towards that. Assuming Nilrem was close in age to Bob, it's very likely that he's dead now (Bob was already in his seventies when he "died"), though that is still just an assumption. There's also nothing claiming (as far as I know) that Bob went to Dern to fight the "something", meaning he could really be anywhere.

I won't deny that Bob's real body could be rotting on a spike somewhere in Dern, but the fact is that Bob's Tomb isn't.
