So idk who's turn it is with the cube, but criminal:

The man walks in to the room, past the gem, and lights a candle. He looks around.

"I know you are there. What are you doing in my home?"

 

Yevor: "There are criminals coming to raid it, and the guards hired us to stop them."

 

Man: "For the love of Torm, more bounty hunters? I'm telling you, no one is raiding me, I have nothing to steal. If you want to be helpful, you can stop whoever is always making noise under my house though. Always sounds like there's some party down there, perhaps that's who's being raided..."

 

Ti'Lin:"Oh, you're the owner."

Yevor: "It could be a trap, or a distraction while the criminals come in."

 

"No clue, I don't have a basement. It's probably down in the sewers or something."

"Oh, they have been making a ruckus for ages, I don't think criminals are smart enough to plan that far ahead"

 

Ti'Lin:"Anyway to enter the sewers?"

 

"There's a main enterance building by the South Gate. There's also a lot of manhole covers along the streets, but I think they are all warded over"

 

Ti'Lin:"Shall we head to the South Gate then, Yevor and Eres?"

 

Yevor: "Do you have a spell you could use to send a message? I still think someone should stay up here, in case it's a trap."

 

Ti'Lin:"No I don't, sorry."

 

Yevor: "Didn't you cast an Alarm spell? That could work."
