Red: "The Order told me of these rocks, but did not tell me much information. They just told me that they are connected to the other crystals, and that whatever color on it that isn't the color of the crystal where it was found it where to bring it. These rocks are bonded to the red and purple crystals. The red one is here."

Back from the track meet...

I'll duck behind a tree and try to burn down the rest of the sails to make them sitting ducks, since they can't sail without a sail.

Nami

The pirates get inside the ship with little harm done to them. You fire more light at the back sail and it goes up in flames. Then the captain comes out from below deck, inside of a power mech that has rocket launchers for hands. His crew comes out from behind him, and they've also put on some armor. Ren: "Well this ain't good."

Nami: "Anyone got explosives? My rapier doesn't work at long range..."

I use whatever my most powerful spell is on the cockpit of the mech, then duck behind a boulder.

 

Nami

You fire a lightbolt at the cockpit. It seems to knock him back a bit and do a little little damage. Ren gets up to throw a grenade as the rest of the troops keep firing. However a pirate shoots the grenade in the air and the captain turns to the hill and fires 2 rockets, 1 from each hand. Jack and Ren run back as the troops and pirate crew are having a fire fight.

I rush back, away from the rockets. If they fail to notice me, I fire a small ray of light magic out of the captain's range of view at the ship. I keep the beam going, hoping the heat will eventually set it ablaze.

You get back just as the rockets take a big chunk from the hill. The troops keep firing and the pirates fire back. You start shooting a beam of light into the ship where the captain can't see. He doesn't notice, but a crew member does. He runs over to the captain and the captain looks at you, aiming the rocket arm and it seems it's charging something.

You got down, and after about 10 seconds more the captain shot 5 little round scatter bombs at lightning speed and it completely obliterated where you were standing. They had chuncks of rocks and stuff in them that fired in random directions on impact. Some of them hit you pretty hard.

Nami: "Ow... Hmm, this is hard. At least I know his secret weapon, is he has more ammo for it."

I run down the hill so that it's an awkward angle for him to fire, but I can still hit him. I fire a stronger continuous beam of light at his rocket arm, trying to burn through it or at least fry the wiring.

 

Nami

You fire a constant beam at his rocket arm while his mech takes a moment to recharge itself. The arm starts to glow red the longer you keep the beam on. After about 15 seconds he gets back up and turns away quickly to fire at the other troops, but the arm you aimed the light at doesn't seem to be working any more. Meanwhile the troops and crew are still having a fire fight. One of them started to aim at you, which hit you in the shoulder.

You drink your Health II and try to shine a beam of the other hand, but he keeps turning the mech so you can't shine it on 1 specific spot for long enough. Meanwhile still, everyone else if having a fire fight, but your team is starten to hurt a little bit. The troops start to focus fire on the weaker pirates.

It's hits him really good. It throws him back against the side of the ship and he goes unconscious. He isn't a threat anymore. Meanwhile still, everyone is doing a fire fight cause that's the only thing they really can do at this distance. The soldier at 26 health scoots back a bit out of the battle cause he's badly wounded, but he stays near where the battle is happening incase he's needed.

You hit him. He gets knocked back some into a wall. Him and the other remaining pirate are starting to freak out. Ren does a motion to the troops and they all start hammering the captains mech with lasers. It seems he has done something that makes his suit super resilient, however he's seeming to move much slower.
