SPOILER (hopper/puzzle?) Relos Mechanic Old Machine

This is at Relos City area:

I was walking through the city and I found this house:

I entered it and talked to the mechanic in there, he/she said:

There's a hopper in the middle of the room:

Searching for some magical things and talking with some NPC's I found this cave in front of the Identifier:

I went there and kill some mobs that dropped these "Bewitched Flower"s, also tried to the hopper but nothing happens:

What do you think about it? Is there an item that is "full of electromagic"?
P.S.: I searched for clues into the room but found nothing, only a unreachable button (maybe for archers) on the wall in the end of the room

There is also an electromagic key that opens that door to go to the corkus library... not telling u where :3

 

Key or battery that's on a ship?

 

It makes sense... The mechanic said: "maybe we'll learn a bit more about this place" It can means that when the machine starts working normally he can learn more about the machine, how it works and stuff. But it can also means that it guards a place to learn (-> study,books) about this place (more generally -> talking about the corkus province area; not only the machine place)

I've checked the big ship that it's on the Relos bay, found nothing but an T4 chest ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 

I mean, it should be at the very top of the mast or something outside the Corkus main gate.

I remember before the corkus update,that structure where you grind mobs wasn't there...Before they put barriers around it,there was a portal.Grian also said there will be a quest in Relos.What happened to it?

Yeah that one.I saw a teleporter to somewhere

 

Now it's a big cave with some tunnels in it where you can grind some mobs that drops those "bewitched flower"s. Also in there are some "crazy corkus bandit" lol. I bet there will be a quest soon, I think it's too different to don't have nothing to do with.

 

Imaxe told me that there was supposed to be a Relos quest which might be related to the portal I said about.

But then later the GM who made the quest quit so the quest was scrapped and now wiki says Relos city is used for a place for safety.Git gud wiki

 

I never said anything about a portal. Only that a quest was planned for Relos
