Wynn Api Question

I made a mod and i want my item database to update automatically, which is 2.5 megabytes in size

If a ton of people installed my mod, say 500, and they all launch minecraft 5 times a day, that'd be 6+ gigabytes of load on the api server in a day, that seems like a lot..

But there's this timestamp in the api which i can probably use to delay the updates.

So my question is, how do i convert timestamp number to days?
Then i can easily set it so the mod only requests an update every 3 days for example, that'd reduce the load by a lot i bet.

Also, how frequent do you think i should set the update of item api to be?

 

You should Put a manual Buton to update it, like that, people with a shitty internet like me won't have to wait 5mn ( it's really the time it take me to download 2.5M :'( ), each time they launch MC and we coule choose to update it when there is an update

 

I honestly don't know how you can play on a server with internet that bad lol, i just set it at every 3 days

 

My ping is like 200ms so it's unplayable in PvP but for wynncraft it's OK x)

 

Welp my ping is prolly about the same because i'm from europe xD

 

I'm from Europe to (France) but when i say 200ms it's for the nearest internet server, so imagine what is my ping in wynn x)

Well hope u get better net, i cant imagine playing on 500 ping or whatnot
